CONTACT US
If you contact us per email via a form on our website, your contact details will be stored for six months for further handling of your request and in case of further questions. We do not pass your data on to third parties without your permission.

REGISTRATION/ACCOUNT
In the course of your registration on our customer area you insert personal data, which are processed in order to improve your customer experience.
With your approval, we store these personal data you submitted as a personal profile, so you are able to log in with your username and password on your next visit.
Thereby, you agree with our processing the personal data you voluntarily provided such as country, name, surname, address, postal/ZIP code, city, telephone number, fax number and email address for contacting or for newsletter mailings.
Customer-related data are stored and processed for customer relations and account management only. They are handed on to third parties only when it is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract. E.g. in case you order one of our products, our carrier needs your data for the delivery of your order.

WEB ANALYSIS
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

We closed a contract with Google to enable the handling of customer data.

Only in exceptional cases will the IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.

You ‘re e-mail adress is saved on servers in the United States.
In order to provide you with customized information, we collect, and process voluntarily given information about country, name, surname, address, postal/ZIP code, city, telephone number, fax number and email address.
Your subscription can be cancelled at any time. You can unsubscribe sending an e-mail to hosn@hosn.at. In addition, you find an unsubscribe link in every one of our newsletters.
Subsequently, we will delete all your data related to our newsletter mailings.

USING GOOGLE WEBFONTS
Our pages use external fonts (Google Fonts) for a consistent look. This is a service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, USA. For the integration of Google Fonts a request is sent to Google’s servers, which are usually located in the USA. The request transmission contains information about your visiting our website. Furthermore, the IP address of the browser on the website visitor’s device will be stored by Google.
